If you are having trouble with the Poll Everywhere after upgrading or downgrading Office, it's possible Office or PowerPoint needs to be repaired. Take note of which Office version should be installed and follow these steps:
Solution 1: Repair Office installation
- Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and search for Office.
- Click "Modify" button, and select Repair option.
Solution 2: Edit registry TypeLib value
- Open the Registry Editor, and go to

- Review the follow registries. Keep only the Key that follow the Office Version you are using.
