Whether you’ve reached the maximum number of responses allowed for an activity or you want to reuse an activity in a later session, there will probably come a time when you want to clear an activity’s responses. Clearing responses archives the current responses and sets the counter back to 0, allowing you to reuse your activities. Archived responses can then be used to generate reports.

Clear from the Activities page
If you’re clearing answers from several activities within the same presentation, it is recommended that you do so from the Activities page.
On your Activities page, select the items you want to clear, then click the Clear button located in the actions menu near the top of the page. In the pop-up window, name the archive then click Archive.

If you don’t need to have cleared responses kept in an archived run with related activities, you can click the Clear button in the toolbar below your activity.
Helpful tip: If you clear responses on a single activity, you can name the archive run on the My activities list page or through the Response history page. However, if the single activity is part of a series with other activities, it is best to clear all of them as a whole. Learn more on accessing cleared responses.
