Deleting an activity removes it from the folder and places it in the Trash. If you change your mind or make a mistake, it’s easy to still restore it. The responses are also restored along with the activity.
Delete an Activity
Step 1: Start on the activities tab.
Step 2: Click on the folder where the activity is stored.
Step 3: Select the checkbox to the left of each activity you want to delete.
Step 4: Click the More button on the top, and select Move to trash.
Poll Everywhere immediately removes the activity.
Restoring a Deleted Activity
Poll Everywhere knows that to err is human, so if you accidentally delete an activity or change your mind, you can pull it out of the Trash.
Step 1: Start on the activities tab.
Step 2: Click on the Trash icon at the bottom of the folder list. If you have a lot of folders, you may need to scroll down to see the Trash icon.
Step 3: In the trash, the deleted activities are listed with the most recently deleted at the top. Select the box next to the activity you want to restore.
Helpful Tip: You can click more than one activity to restore or even check all of the boxes with the *Select all** button.*
Step 4: Click the Move button.
Step 5: From the list of folders, select the destination folder where you want to move the activities.
Optionally, if you want to create a new folder in which to store the activity, click Create folder..* Poll Everywhere creates an “Untitled” folder and displays a message similar to below, asking you to confirm the move.
Step 6: Select the Start moving button in the center of the screen.
