Are pricing plans changing?
For now, there are no changes to pricing. For more information about plans and pricing, please visit our Plan and Pricing Page

Where can I see my plan and payments? Administrators can select the gear icon (Organization settings, bottom left) → Plan & billing. You'll see your plan name, Last payment (select Review for details) and Upcoming payment, with the amount, due date and licence count.

How do seats work? Your plan includes a set number of seats, shown as the count next to your plan under Upcoming payment. Each person who can create and present polls, such as a Polls Creator or an Organization Admin, uses a seat. Participants don't use seats, so any number of people can respond to your polls. If you try to invite or promote more presenters than you have seats for, you'll see a message saying how many seats you have left. To add seats, contact our support team.

Who processes payments?
We use Stripe as our secure payment provider.
