Step 1: Determine Stage Requirements and Access Needs

The event planner should add a separate presenter for each stage within the main Poll Everywhere account. This setup provides each stage with unique QR codes and join links, ensuring that each room can run its own Q&A independently.
- The planner should ensure to share the login details for each stage (typically a provided email and password) with AV staff.

- This is what participants will see and interact with when submitting questions through their mobile devices.

Step 2: Pre-event test and Setup on Each Stage

AV or production staff:
- Verify that the AV team has username (registered email address) and password access for the stage account to log in as needed.
- Log into each stage’s designated presenter on a web browser in each room.
- Navigate to the Q&A poll that was set up previously, and present it to test.
- Join the the Q&A as a participant, and submit a response as a test.
- Ensure AV or production staff know how to use Poll Everywhere's "star" feature to highlight questions and navigate between questions in real time with the arrow keys.

Step 3: QR Code Setup for Attendees

Ensure QR codes are visible at the start of each session via screens, handouts, or download links, making it simple for attendees to participate.

Step 4: Live Q&A Moderation

- Where possible, ensure the use of a personal computer or coordinate with the A/V team to verify that the Poll Everywhere PowerPoint integration is active and properly logged in to the speaker's account on the presentation computer.

Step 4: Rehearsal and Setup (Optional)
- We encourage speakers to rehearse using Poll Everywhere, where possible, and plug in their own devices or work with the A/V team using conference devices, checking visual layout, pacing, and Q&A visibility.
- Discuss how questions will be displayed and managed in real-time, including moderation options.
Step 5: During the Session
