Your name and avatar in the bottom-left corner of the screen give you quick access to key account settings. This menu helps you manage your appearance preferences, profile details, organization settings (if applicable), and account activity.
How to access your avatar menu
Sign in to your Poll Everywhere account
Look in the bottom-left corner of the screen
Click your name or avatar to open the menu
From this menu, you’ll see four options:
Appearance Settings
Profile Settings
Organization Settings
Log out
What you can do from this menu
Appearance Settings: Choose your visual preference for the interface. You can switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode depending on what’s most comfortable for you.
Profile Settings: Access your personal account information, update your name, email, password, time zone, feature preferences, and more. For full details, visit: Profile Settings
Organization Settings: If you are an account owner or admin, this link takes you to organization-wide settings for user management, billing, LMS integrations, and permissions. Learn more here: Organization Settings
Log out: Click here to securely sign out of your account when you’re finished.
If you have trouble accessing any of these settings or don’t see certain options, it may be due to your role or account type. Participants and users under managed plans will see limited menu options. For help, contact support.
