Poll Everywhere 2.0 offers flexible and customizable reporting so you can visualize engagement, analyze responses, and share insights with your team or students. This guide walks you through the basics of creating a reporting view using our new Reports experience.
Getting Started with Reports
To begin:
Click the Reports icon in the left-hand navigation.
Select Create new report.
You can then choose your Report type, either: Use a predefined template, such as a participant details, question details, Questions summary or Response Summary or Start from scratch with “Just the Data” for a raw and flexible view of responses.
Templates help you quickly organize data in a meaningful way, but the manual option gives you full control.
Select a Date Range
Define the time period you want the report to cover. Options may include:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Custom date range
Choose the timeframe that matches the period you’re analyzing. This filters responses to only those submitted within your selected window.
Choose the Questions or Polls to Include
Next, select the poll(s) or individual questions you want to report on.
You can report on an entire poll session
Or manually select specific questions across multiple polls
Tip: Use folders or naming conventions (e.g., “Midterm Quiz” or “Week 3 Check-In”) to make selecting questions easier.
Review and Generate Your Report
After selecting your content, click Review Report.
Poll Everywhere will generate a preview showing:

Summary of participation data
Once reviewed, click Create Report to generate a full view. You can further customize, save, or export this report for sharing.
After creating your report, you can: Filter by participant, question, or date, export as CSV or PDF. Save the view for quick access later and apply participation scoring if using a Gradebook-style report
