Settings through the web
Account and profile settings
As a presenter, you can access your settings to change your personal settings and update your account. To access your Profile settings page, click on the user icon on the navigation bar which will directly take you to Personal info settings. To learn more, check out Update your personal information.
The Account admin settings, accessible through the gear icon, are where the account owner or admin can control the presenter’s access, activity defaults, and participant settings. To learn more, check out Configure account settings.

Windows PowerPoint add-in settings
The Poll Everywhere for Windows PowerPoint's add-in settings is located in the Poll Everywhere ribbon tab under "Settings". This allows the presenter to edit their profile, proxy network settings, clear cookies, and review the application version. For any troubleshooting articles, check out the Windows section.
Mac
Poll Everywhere Mac application user preferences can be found by clicking on the Poll Everywhere menu and clicking "Preferences...". This will allow the presenter to log out of their session, edit and review the account, and plan settings.
