Response links allow participants to engage with polls asynchronously. As a presenter or instructor, you can create and manage these links directly from your profile settings. This gives you greater control over accessibility, expiration, and security for your shared polls.
How to Access Your Response Links
To view and manage all your active response links:
Click your name or avatar in the bottom-left corner
Select My Settings
Click the Response Links tab
This section will display all the response links you’ve created or those created by collaborators on your content.
What You Can See
In the Response Links view, you'll see a list of all your active links. For each link, you’ll find key details such as:
Link expiration date
Publisher (who created the link)
Poll owner (who owns the original content)
This helps keep track of shared access and ensures the correct people are managing visibility.
Actions You Can Take
From this same interface, you can:
Copy the link — Useful for re-sharing the same poll with different groups or platforms
Rotate the link — Generates a new link while disabling the old one. This is helpful if a link was shared with the wrong audience or if you want to reset access
Deactivate or delete the link — If you no longer want responses submitted through a particular link
These controls ensure your response links stay secure and manageable over time.
