Note: This feature is only available for certain paid plans. If you don't see the checkbox to enable the feature, your plan does not have this feature enabled. The below instructions only apply if the user is the account owner of the organization.
If you would like to disable the downvote function on Q&A activities that are being built by sub-user on the account, these are steps they will need to follow:
Step 1: Log in to the account and click on the Admin button in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
Step 2: Next, click the Account settings and open the Activity settings tab.
Step 3: Enable Only allow upvotes on Q&A activities and click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply this setting to all the accounts.
Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature. This is an enterprise-only feature.
